01 — Assess
A fixed-scope review of your cloud, DR posture or security controls. You get a written report of what is actually true, not what the docs say, with a prioritised plan.
02 — Build
New infrastructure from scratch, an MVP platform in about a week, or a migration to the cloud or between regions. Everything is delivered as code with runbooks.
03 — Embed
Ongoing ownership of your platform alongside your developers: upgrades, incidents, reviews and the backlog nobody else has time for.
